The Global Master of Arts Program (GMAP) is a one-year Master’s Degree in International Affairs, specially designed for international executives and global leaders at the mid- to senior-levels of their careers. Our unique curriculum equips our students with a 360 degree perspective of international affairs, helping executives to understand the intersection of global politics, economics, business, trade, security, energy, and other critical issues that affect our world today.

GMAP offers the flexibility of pursuing a rigorous academic program without interrupting your career. This innovative program is considered a premier leadership degree offered by The Fletcher School, which is the oldest professional school of international affairs in the United States.

The GMAP Classroom is composed of 35 students from around the world, carefully put together to ensure great geographical and career diversity across all sectors.
